Manifesting with the Chakras & Tarot Week 1 - Sat., 2/18/23 @2:00pm Eastern Hitting Reset with Your Mind/Body/Spiritual Practice! This session will include an overview of the 7 Chakras and their vital role in our energy field, especially when working on specific goals and manifestation skills. I’ll introduce tools we will incorporate each session such as Mudras, Tarot, Crystals, Tuning Forks, Herbs, Essential Oils, Oracles and Sound Therapy. Week 2 - Sat., 2/25/23 @2:00pm Eastern Going in! This week we will do a deep dive into the Root and Sacral Chakras to help you identify old patterns and conditioning and I’ll share tips on how to create replacement energy in those chakras using various tools covered in week 1! We will also introduce Tarot archetypes to assist your work with these Chakras. Week 3 - Sat., March 4 @2:00pm Eastern Rising through the mid-point. This session will cover the Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras where so much stored energy can impact how and whether we live our purpose. Here, we will explore the source of your personal power and techniques to recover, restore and reset to manifest healing and inspired living. Exercises will include working with Tarot archetypes that “ping” these chakras, and how to use tools from week 1! Week 4 - Sat., 3/11 @2:00pm Eastern Higher Heights! This session will cover the Throat, Third Eye and Crown Chakras which are vital to manifesting clarity, connection with others and, most especially, your Higher Self. This is where you learn to better identify what you’re truly made of and how that recognition will help you align more easily with your unique purpose. Sound therapy will be included in this session, with chakra tuning forks and other tips to balance these higher chakra frequencies. All sessions will take place via Zoom and will be recorded for replays. Each week you will receive a session outline detailing the specific chakras along with suggested tips, insights and tarot spreads to strengthen the lessons. Offering for this Course: $139
